Job Overview
Our client is looking to hire skilled and experienced Local Carpenters to join their team. The ideal candidates should be competent in carpentry and interior finishing works, able to use power tools efficiently, and work accurately based on drawings and instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out carpentry and interior finishing works as assigned
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures and fittings
Operate carpentry and construction power tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate execution of work
Ensure quality workmanship in line with company standards
Observe safety rules and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant education background with a minimum of over 3 years working experience
Proven experience in carpentry and renovation/fit-out works
Proficient in using the following power tools:
Spirit level
Rotary hammer
Angle grinder
Hand drill
Cutting machine
Table saw and other carpentry tools
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Physically fit and able to work on-site
