About the Role

Our client, a leading mixed-use real estate developer in Tatu City, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives for residential and retail developments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in real estate sales, client relationship management, and strategic market engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute strategic sales & leasing plans for retail and residential properties.

Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Identify and target prospective investors, buyers, tenants, and retail brands.

Work with marketing teams to craft campaigns, promotions, and digital sales funnels.

Client Relationship Management

Deliver exceptional customer service from lead stage to handover.

Coordinate contracting, legal documentation, and payment processes.

Provide professional after-sales support and resolve client queries promptly.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, support, and mentor internal sales team members.

Work collaboratively with leasing, marketing, and property management teams.

Represent the brand at networking events, property expos, and trade fairs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
(Master’s degree is an added advantage)

Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales—preferably in mixed-use, retail, or residential projects

Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in large-scale developments

Strong knowledge of Kenya’s real estate market, property regulations & sales processes

Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite & digital marketing tools

Strong leadership, planning & organizational capabilities
