A client is seeking to hire a Chinese Chef with 1–3 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (main courses, sides, and sauces).
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Train and guide kitchen assistants where necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
1–3 years proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
Knowledge of a wide range of Chinese cuisines and cooking techniques (stir-fry, steaming, dumpling preparation, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
