A client in the real estate sector is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee financial operations for its overseas project subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local fiscal, financial, and taxation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.
Develop and implement financial and accounting systems for international projects.
Conduct cost control and budgeting for overseas entities.
Forecast funding requirements, manage daily cash flow, and enhance capital utilization.
Prepare and submit both local and international financial statements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Manage foreign exchange risks and safeguard shareholder interests.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management or related work.
✅ Fluent in English; ability to use it as a working language.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
