About the Role:
A client in Mombasa is seeking to hire a Chinese Translator to support business communication and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate documents, reports, and communication between Chinese (Mandarin) and English/Swahili.
Act as an interpreter during meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Facilitate communication between management and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Support documentation, reporting, and compliance with accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 and above preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
At least 2–3 years of relevant translation/interpretation experience.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
