About the Role
Sinotruk Kenya Limited, a leader in the automotive and heavy commercial vehicles industry, is seeking three dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates with 1–3 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare and manage client quotations and follow up with relevant departments.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
Draft, edit, and proofread business communications and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional standards.
Support various administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nairobi (or currently completing final semester).
Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or similar role (internship experience considered).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Remuneration
Salary: KES 30,000 and above per month.
Salary negotiations are available for exceptional candidates.
